It’s Easy to . . . Live Well!
Have you ever wondered. . .
- How can I get out of my financial mess?
- How can I get out of this health challenge?
- How could I at least look my age and get fit?
- How can I get out of this messed-up relationship?
- How can life be easy and fun?
Forest and Cheryl Townsley have experienced all of the above and asked those very questions. Click here for their story. From Cheryl’s health breakdown and suicide attempts to losing their business, home and hope, they experienced hitting the bottom. They have also rebounded and successfully impacted thousands of others with those very same issues.
There are patterns to our life experiences. What works in our 20s and 30s isn’t the game plane for the 40s and 50s or later. What works when you are broke is not what works when you are consumed with success.
Without a Mentor
who has a proven track record and real fruit in his/her life,
it is virtually impossible to get an AUTHENTIC breakthrough!
Lifestyle for Health provides a mentoring program to empower you to truly live well! This mentoring program is based on 5 Breakthrough Stages. You can go from stuck to enjoying life by going through these 5 Breakthrough Stages.
Lie When a person is at the “lie-ing” stage they are stuck in their problem, victim to circumstances and waiting for something outside of them to change.
What is needed?
Acknowledgement that they are their problem and they can change
Sit When a person is at the “sit” stage they are out of being a victim and ready for change. They are ready to listen to a Mentor and recognize that they always have options.
What is needed?
Physical energy and an easy plan of action

Stand When a person is at the “stand” stage they are in the process of creating more energy which helps with mental clarity and mood balancing. Now they are ready to recognize courage and how to step into courage and out of his/her familiar abusive life patterns.
What is needed?
Mentoring on courage instead of self-sabotage
Walk When a person is at the “walk” stage it is critical that they recognize the importance of “baby steps.” Each step and choice takes them closer to or further away from their dreams and goals. The Slight Edge is working for them or against them.
What is needed?
Baby-step strategies and mentoring that gives them regular experiences of success

Run When a person is at the “run” stage they are ready and willing to lead others. This is the stage where effective leadership can occur IF the person understands margin. Without margin, the person will fall back into stress and being overwhelmed . . . thereby starting the cycle all over again.
What is needed?
Understanding of the “B” (business owner) or “I” (investor) thinking mentality
